Four SMS members were awarded the best oral presentation and abstract title at the 48th Computing in Cardiology Conference in Brno, Czech Republic

Cristina Gallego Vázquez, Alexander Breuss, Oriella Gnarra, and Giulia Da Poian from the SMS Lab and Julian Portmann from the Computer Science Department of ETH Zurich received two prices at the 48th Computing in Cardiology conference.

For their contribution “Two will do: Convolutional neural network with asymmetric loss, self-learning label correction, and hand-crafted features for imbalanced multi-label ECG data classification” in the PhysioNet/Computing in Cardiology Challenge 2021, they were awarded the best oral presentation and best abstract title.
